Getting Fit The Right Way
Just did a half an hour of bike then an hour of yoga. Now I’m at work until 6 am. Hopefully I don’t get sore until AFTER work. :)
why weigh yourself when you could set yourself on fire then roll in broken glass and feel the same way

Still working out. :) and I have lost 5 lbs so I’m on track with my list of goals. So far. We will see how it goes at my next weigh in. Especially since my birthday is in a couple of days.

Did yoga for the first time today. It was nice, hard but nice. I didn’t think I would sweat as much as I did. But it did relax me and I could notice the difference in my body before and after. I was less tense and such. Will definitely do that again. :)
friendly reminder that your stomach is not supposed to be totally flat because it is home to some of your vital organs and you are a woman so you carry fat there and it doesn’t make you any less sexy and if anyone makes you feel otherwise you should throw up on them

Unfortunately there was no yoga today but there is yoga at a different gym on Sunday! Yay for paying extra so I can go to any 24 hr gym. :) but I did work out today so all was not lost.
Worked out yesterday and felt good. Gonna try yoga today at noon. If I like it I might join one of those yoga studios. Hope its as good as everyone has been telling me it is. :)
I’ve been making these since I was in middle school. They’re simple, easy to make, and nutritious. I like making a bunch at a time so that they’re available as a snack or meal-to-go.
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oats (the kind I use cooks faster; cooking time changes accordingly)
1 teaspoon steviastep 1: crack two egg whites into small bowl
step 2: pour in oats and stevia
step 3: heat pan with cooking spray
step 4: mix until all oats are part of the mixture
step 5: cook on medium-high heat, for about 1 minute (until golden-brown)
step 6: flip and cook until the color matches the first side
Dig in!
As my recipes usually are, this recipe is highly variable; here are some of my favorite versions:
-add flax seeds for a healthy digestive system
-add chocolate chips for a sweet treat
-add peanut butter powder and almond meal for nutty flavor
-add berries for a colorful dose of antioxidants
-top with greek yogurt and parsley for a detoxifying meal
-top with bananas and agave nectar for a sweet meal full of energyI would love to hear back and see what kinds of pancakes you made! :)
